Cylindrical waste bin in sheet steel with a lid with a hole that can be opened with a triangular lock, a bottom with holes for ventilation and water drainage, an internal bag holder ring and a rain cover. The waste bin is fixed to a support in round tubular steel to be cemented or with a base plate in sheet steel. All metal parts are galvanized and painted with thermosetting powders. All screws are in stainless steel.
